Unlimited Golf offer

Unlimited round of golf per adult per stay - green fees, early fee and twilight fee. Twenty-five golf balls for practice included, if extra balls are needed, it's at a charge. . Great Resort

Finally decided to check out Moon Palace to see what so many had raved about. We stayed at Sunrise but probably spent more time at the Nizuc pool with the slide. We also spent some time at the Grand. For me the food was good but not great. I thought the teppanyaki at Momo was the best. The outdoor grill below the Palace Elite office at the Grand was really good as well. What’s great about Moon Palace compared to other all inclusive resorts is the amount of food options. In addition to restaurants there are cafes that serve sandwiches, crepes and ice cream. My daughter really enjoyed eating ice cream from these cafes in between our meals. The amount of things for kids to do at this resort is amazing and probably unparalleled even with the water park not being operational during our visit. After doing the tour at the Grand we purchased a membership. We already reserved our trip to the Grand next summer and can’t wait! More

Fabulous dinner at Calibeno! Our server Evelyn Gonzales was a delight! We will return tomorrow! Food was excellent! Shrimp app, lobster bisque, and Coconut shrimp were great. If you visit Moon Palace you must visit this place! More

Flow rider team experiences at the Sunrise side at Moon Palace

I stayed at the Grand at Moon Palace for 7 days and travelled to the Sunrise side for the flow rider surf simulator. The staff was very accommodating and helpful regardless of your levels of experience. Special thanks to the flow rider team - Mario, Juan, Javier, Frank and Pablo. Very clean, we really liked the room, jacuzzi in the room, pretty cool! Moon Palace is a fun and family friendly atmosphere but there's adult only places (Noir club and Sky Loft) if u want to enjoy adult conversations. More

Amazing

Just home from a week at the Grand. What a hotel! The rooms are fabulous, suite size and a huge balcony. The choice of restaurants is excellent, even if you have a wait pre dinner drinks are hardly a hardship! The pools- something for everyone. The sunbeds-comfy as! The sunrise and nizuk both are amazing we visited both and loved the facilities there too, much busier and more centrally based. All the staff are great, they really want you to have a great holiday and when they say ‘ my pleasure’ you believe it. A special mention to Israel at the Los tacos pool, he is usually at the Playacar hotel but we were lucky enough to be served by him at the pool each day we visited, superb, thank you for helping us have a great week. The only constructive feedback I would have is around conventions, the delegates should check in separately especially at check out time! and have a section in the restaurants the single use tables really took their toll. I can’t wait to return More
