What does a Platinum TUI holiday mean?
A Platinum holiday with TUI means you’ll stay in a premium hotel that’s part of our handpicked Platinum collection, with the option to add extras such as private transfers, room upgrades and premium seat selection on your flight.
What are the best rated hotels in TUI?
The highest-rated TUI hotels carry a 5T badge... These are hotels that we’ve assessed as having a five-star standard of service and facilities – they’re the cream of the crop when it comes to holidays.
Do I get beach towels included?
Yes, generally beach towels are included at all of our Platinum hotels, and you’ll be able to exchange your towel for a new one as needed.
How can I upgrade my room?
Upgrading your stay is simple, with extra-luxurious options like hot tubs, swim-up rooms and private pools available at selected hotels.
There are usually a few different room types to choose from when booking, depending on what’s on offer at each place. If you want to upgrade at a later date, you can see what’s available using the Manage My Booking portal if you booked online, or by popping into your local TUI store if you booked in person. You can also call us on 01 693 7700.
Can I make special requests?
After you’ve made a booking, we can usually pass on any special room requests to your hotel. We can’t guarantee specific requests will be fulfilled, but we will make a note on your booking – alternatively, you can reach out to your hotel directly. If you have dietary requirements or special requests for your flight, such as pre-booking champagne and chocolates, please reach out to us at least 80 hours before you fly.
Are there adults-only hotels?
Many hotels in the Platinum collection are designed with grown-ups-only getaways in mind. You’ll find everything from romantic seaside boutiques to sprawling, party-centric resorts and everything in between, perfect for an upscale, adults-only break.
Are Platinum hotels suitable for families?
