This big, family-friendly complex dishes up plenty of pools and activities. There’s even a waterpark open from June 'til September.
The hotel is part of the Sa Coma Resort, one of Majorca’s biggest. You get to choose between four themed restaurants, plus there’s a huge lagoon pool. Children get a Kids’ Club by TUI Family Life a waterpark* from June 'til September, too.
It’s just a 10-minute stroll to the white-sand beach. And there are shops, bars and restaurants just a few metres from the hotel, while Sa Coma itself is also about a 10-minute walk away.

Absolutely great time here, massive complex with good rooms and the food is fantastic. Different theme nights for if you want to go from the normal restaurant but we tried a couple and found the main food hall offered plenty of choice. Even the kids menu got a visit from us lol. The beach is 10 mins slow walk and is just great. Plenty to do around the other towns, all walkable. Cheap buses if you want. Entertainment ok, usual kids club followed by family stuff. Loads of pools for the ones that like staying around the hotel. All in all a great holiday. Would recommend to anyone.More
We returned from our holiday last week, and as a couple, overall we were happy with the experience. Our apartment (5076) was large and clean, we overlooked the car park, but it is pretty quiet and we had no problems with noise, and it is an interesting view if you like to people watch as there are people coming and going from the hotel to the shops, beach or restaurants. The food was ok, no better or worse than other AI we have stayed at. The whole place was very clean and the staff are friendly and work hard. The spanish love children, which was lovely to see, they make lots of fuss of them in the restaurant and the life-guards play with the children, we saw a great game going on between one of the life-guards and about 5 children who were delighted that he let them push him into the pool on numerous occasions (another life-guard was also there overseeing the pool, so no danger of anything being missed). As a couple, we did not have a problem with the amount of very young children staying at the resort (we went in school time, so there were no older children), perhaps we could be a bit more like the spanish and embrace these little people instead of moaning about them and their pushchairs (if you really don't want to holiday with other people's children, pay extra and go to a Sandals resort or somewhere where they have an adults only pool). Although, it is noisy there is a quieter pool round the back (the jungle pool) which has lots of hidden areas surrounded by tree's and waterfalls which is much more peaceful. I would recommend this hotel, the entertainment is a bit hit and miss, the Jersey Boys act was good and the young kids all loved the mini-disco. Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews, it really is a good place to stay and we had a fab holiday :)More
Best holiday we've ever had!!!
We cannot rate this hotel enough. It is AMAZING!! There is soooo much to do, you don't need to leave the hotel- unless you wish to! Food was great- lots of options for various dietary requirements. Staff are fantastic- happy, friendly and go out of their way to help. Everything is spotless- I am OCD about cleanliness and this hotel was perfect. Someone below wrote about there being lots of children.... well it is a family hotel of course there's lots of children but it adds to the charm of this hotel and the staff are fantastic with the kids!!- if you don't like kids go to an adult hotel.... We couldn't get through all the activities as there's so many to do which was great. Lots of free taster sessions including scuba diving and driving range!! Animation team are lovely as are the kids club staff. PERFECT FAMILY HOLIDAY and we honestly have not got one negative thing to say. We WILL go back there and hope you don't listen to negative comments as some people just like to complain about everything. More
We had a great time!
I stayed with my daughter arriving the end of September till the beginning of October, we originally booked for 7 nights but the day before we were supposed to leave we booked another 2 nights!! Check in was pretty quick and had someone help me with our suitcases. Our room was the furthest away from reception overlooking the jungle pool. The room was spacious with plenty of room to put clothes away. The beds we're comfortable enough and they were cleaned 5/7 days. The pools were all great, one of them has a retractable roof which was good on the couple of rainy days we had. We spent most of our pool time at the jungle pool, partly because I could stand up in it whereas the main pool was deeper than I am tall. It was a bit chilly but that's to be expected for that time of year, you'd soon warm up once you were swimming. The food was as good as could be expected for the amount of people they were cooking for. We went to the country grill and la Fontana, the food was nice but I'd suggest the pizza over the pasta. The waiters in all restaurants were really polite. The Thomson Reps Michael and Anna were always friendly and really helpful. The TUI kids club was great and my daughter really enjoyed it, they even had a chocolate party one evening. Onto the Hand Foot and Mouth situation, this is not the hotels fault, you will always see cleaners wherever you go. This is down to guests bringing there children who have been infected and not keeping them in isolation. No that's not what you want to do on holiday but that's why it's spreading. More
