    This bungalow village has a great pool scene. Plus there’s a sandy beach on tap.

    Guests love the lively pool scene here. And you’re a 2-minute, free bus ride away from the sand dunes at Maspalomas. Walk for 15 in the other direction, meanwhile, and there are shops and smart cafés on Meloneras prom.

    The bungalows all come with a kitchenette and their own terrace leading out into the hotel’s pretty gardens.

    No room service and no kitchen tools in the apartments

    One lady of the reception was unpolite and didn't understand english. There were no room service snd not any cups and coffee maker etc. in the apartment. Why then sell other than all inclusive? Cleaning of the room was very quick and not so good as you suppose in the 4 stars hotel. Swimming pools were nice and warm.

    Overall I have to say that the hotel was what we were expecting. We wanted sun, warmth and easy life as a family. I’m not really a resort type of a traveller but now with a ten month old baby this was just what we needed. Area itself is nice, our room was in the very end of the area so it was nice and quiet over there. Terrace was sunny and no windy. Long walk to the restaurant but it didn’t matter. Nice playground in the sister hotel. Pools were not too warm but it was possible to dip in even with the baby. Food is ok, had breakfast & dinner. Restaurant is very noisy inside but if you sit outside it’s nice. Service was all the time good everywhere in the hotel. Lighthouse, beach and meloneras is 20min walk away. But there is one thing i want to warn. Somehow it is possible to get in the middle of the shower so hot water (from normal to boiling hot in one second) that causes 2nd degrees burning. Our babys skin burned really bad while washing and needed to go to the emergency and 3 times to hospital/doctor after that. Of course we told this to the hotel staff and they checked everything and seemed to work normally. We did get some small compensation but this still ruined half of the holiday. Also, one tile started to fall down from the bathroom wall and the next day constructing guys spent 4-5hrs in our bathroom to fix that. I’m not sure if the hotel staff actually understood how dangerous this hot water issue is but hopefully we are the only ones to excperience that! I’m usually quite relaxed about small issues with hotels (usually travelling 2-3 stars) but this really scared me (and my whole family) out. Please fix this.
    Pool facilities a shambles - Not suitable for kids.

    The resort itself was really nice with friendly staff, clean facilities, good entertainment and decent food. However the pools were so cold that they couldn't be used by the vast majority of guests. I measured the temperatures using the thermometer we have for ours kid's bath and the temp was just over 20 degrees in the adults pool and 16.4 degrees in the kids pool. As a point of reference a child's bath is typically around 36 degrees and the average outdoor pool recommended heat is 26 to 28 degrees. Much lower than that and it can't be used by kids.

    Wonderful gardens, water pools very cold (climatized ??), room under four stars standard, good food. Top of the staff: José Diego, maitre at the restaurant. Evening animation quite poor except of last night show ("hey Brother")
    Post Christmas holiday, over the new Year for 1 week.

    Bright clean hotel. The reception staff are relatively helpful depending on the time. Accommodation excellent. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Very disappointing The swimming pools were freezing. Using an infant bath thermometer the pools temperatures registered at 16'. Naturally they were empty. There is a wonderful water play area which was also unused due to the water temperature. I spoke with the duty manager who rebuffed me saying that the temperatures were 26'. This ruined a portion of my holiday. This was my first occasion staying in this hotel. Next year I'll be returning again to the Gloria Palace Amadores
