we just came back from 1 week holiday we stayed in room 100 which is part of main hotel there are also bungalows scattered around the pool but we were ok on 3rd floor lift so no problems there, room very clean plenty of storage beds comfortable shower ok good views over playa del ingles from balcony room good, clean, beds made every other day, staff friendly and helpful plenty of sunbeds nice gardens plenty of bars etc within walking distance this hotel appears to be in dutch area but no issues

Great, clean 2 bedroom cottage. Set in pretty gardens with a clean, warm pool. Plenty of sunbeds, shade and space. Good location near the shops and town but not noisy. Staff were helpful and the whole area was up kept very well.

Recently returned from a weeks stay at Parquemar. On arrival we were allocated apartment 53 which was situated in front of the pool. Apartments are big and spacious, 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. Spacious kitchen/living room area. However there is no air con in the apartments and only the top floor room had a ceiling fan. Fly nets on the bottom floor windows however not top floor. Beware!! - it appears that there is a cockroach infestation in apartment 53. The first two nights we were woken up by cockroaches in our beds. We spoke with reception who stated they would send someone over to fumigate. Someone did come over and sprayed under the beds and around the door frames however this did not resolve the issue as the following day or so I woke in the middle of the night to find 4-5 crawling over the kitchen counter! I noticed there were cracks in the kitchen tiles which some of them crawled back into therefore this may be were they are hiding during the day. After this, we again complained to reception. The person we spoke with seemed very shady when we asked whether other people had complained previously and believe they may have been aware of the issue. We were then given the option to move apartment in which we selected and moved to apartment 48. This apartment was not facing the pool therefore location was not as ideal however we did not come across any cockroaches in this apartment. Although happy after moving I wish we had been given this option on our first complaint instead of over halfway through our stay. Cleaners did not clean very thoroughly or often throughout stay and no cleaning products provided in the apartments to be able to clean yourself. Pool area tidy and plenty of sunbeds provided Location wise the hotel is right next to a small shop/supermarket which was very useful and a short walk to Lidl. Overall, apart from the cockroach issue in our original apartment, if we had been put into another apartment originally I would say that it was good value for money however this did have a huge impact to our stay and left me disappointed
