We arrived on the Thursday 31st August 217 for a weeks holiday, I choose this holiday because my son loves slides etc, he loved it , until the Monday morning when the mini diggers , high power drills, 20 workmen dug up the full walk at the side of the children's play area and the only access was going thru the entrance of the area dumper trucks 3 at a time passing back and Forth from 8:30am stoped for one hour at 1pm until 2 pm then continued until 6pm it was awful the noise was on another level, it was so dangerous so from then we didn't relax for the remainder of the holiday, we complained to Jet 2 staff and was told to take it up with Jet 2 back in the UK which I have on several occasions and haven't had any contact of them what so ever as you can imagine I'm not happy at all not even a courtesy call of customer service very poor. The sad thing is it is a perfect location and if there isn't work going on in the future I would defiantly go back.More
Too many steps to the room and no air conditioning in the room , toilets outside around the pool wasn't open because of building works, slime in areas of the pool floating around , room was small for four ppl ,me and my partner had to sleep in the living room on the pull out bed and the two girls in the bedroom which wasn't ideal ,.More
Been here 3 times now would not stay any where else! Everything you need on your doorstop along with a massive pool area. Booked through jet2 holidays which I would advise anyone to book with as they where great too. Booking for next year too. Amazing. More

The pool area was fantastic. The rest of the accommodation, not so much. Every lift we came across we had to go up steps to access them which was difficult with a buggy. There were also steps whichever way we went to access the pool area, again difficult with a buggy. Room maids were very friendly but the floor in our appartment was not washed once. Our feet and our toddlers feet were constantly dirty, don't know when the floors were last properly cleaned. No air con and no one told us at check in that you could hire a unit, not that you should have to do that when you have paid so expensively for your holiday! No dead lock/chain on the door so curious toddlers may escape if not watched constantly. Very noisy next to Santiago Park 4, loud music every night until late. We had to access our room via an alley between the back ends of an Italian and Chinese restaurant... layout of property is very higgledy-piggledy. Appartment was very compact, luckily didn't spend much time in it.More
