This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

Short stay of 3 days.
Due to my husband being in hospital stayed for 3nights. What a shock after spending the previous 10 days in a beautiful 5 star hotel. Poor room. Noise level was enough to need eat plugs until midnight. Breakfast only eaten in what I would call a canteen with liuke warm food.. I found the whole place apart from reception worn out. Just visited my husband and spent rest of my time in room. Bought food to eat from supermarket next door..Must be devastating to have this for your hard earned holiday.More
Stayed for New Year.
We stayed at the Best Tenerife for four days at New Year. Our room was ready upon arrival, which was just down the grand stairs (or glass lift) and to the right. The room was large with three main areas and a very large bathroom. The restaurant was lovely, we preferred the traditional area just to the left. We were quickly shown to a table and drink orders were taken. There was plenty of choice of food, which included ‘show cooking’ New Year’s Eve menu was truly outstanding! The staff must have worked the entire day to put on so much food in grand style – a very enjoyable evening and so nice to see all the guest appreciating all their hard work. When we returned to our room we had been left complimentary gifts, these were power banks for charging phones etc – went down very well with our teenage children! There was an entertainment area but we preferred the comfy sofas in the large reception area. We had a day out to Siam Park, well worth a visit, I can see why it’s rated number one! Felt fantastic being at such a great waterpark on 30th December! Still hot but walked straight onto every ride! There was even a dedicated free bus to take you there from right outside the hotel! This was our first visit to Tenerife, we found loads of shops etc. the area was great and all in walking distance from our hotel. It was fun playing mini golf in the hot sun on New Year’s Day!! We found everything still open even in low season. All in all a great few days away and an enjoyable New Year.More
Mr & Mrs Naylor- Beautiful hotel
Myself and my husband stayed in your hotel 22nd September until 6th October 2017 and we had a wonderful time. From the minute we arrived your staff were fully attentive to our every need, the views from our room and spacious balcony we lovely, we stayed in room 255, the restaurant offered a great choice of foods, the bar was fully stocked with various drinks for us to enjoy at our leisure. The cleaners were friendly and helpful, your location is central to all the main places of interest, we found it simple enough to walk along to sight see, we visit Tenerife every year and we are so happy with your hotel that We have already booked our return holiday to you for next October 2017. We look forward to seeing you all again next year, Thank you from Trevor and Diana. More
Ear plugs 25th September to 5th October 2017
This was our 6th time at this hotel, but sadly our last, when we arrived as a party of 4, with my sister and brother in law, we were expecting to be in rooms next to each other, as the booking was made for 4 people, but no, we paid 250 euro per room on arrival for upgrade, to Senator rooms, which is a rip off, we've had these same rooms every time we go, the only thing you get different in the upgrade is robes and slippers which you would never use because it's too hot, they were still in the plastic bags when we left, tea and coffee making facilities in room, which we had to ask for on arrival, and still waiting for at 6.30pm,should have had 2 queen size beds, we got two singles in room 434, when we asked why singles, we were told they are unable to guarantee them, but that's what your paying for in a senator room, the air conditioning didn't work, so we asked for a fan, which was poor, so we slept with the patio doors open, and wore ear plugs until the entertainment finished, in the corridor there was no ceiling at all, and the electric wires hung down for the whole 10 days we were there, the pool area is lovely, but the young man who is in charge of the animation team, would be better placed in a 18/30 club, he plays the most awful music so loud it's impossible to listen to your own music or audible books, he was asked by my husband several times to turn it down but made no difference, he was driving people away from the pool area, they just couldn't stand it, he obviously didn't look at the ages of his hotel quests at all, it was so lovely and peaceful when he left everyday, very disappointingMore
