Best Oasis Park

Currently sat at the pool now on our last day and thought I would write my review while it’s all fresh in my head. I’ll list the points so it makes more sense. 1. Check in- we arrived around 9pm- check in was quick and easy. We had to pay €14 for taxes. We were all inclusive so the lady at reception told us we could go down for dinner but we chose to go to the bar and order snacks there. 2. Breakfast is 8am- 10am. Lunch is 1pm-2.25pm. Dinner is 7-9.25. If you are all inclusive you can get ice creams/lollies up until 7pm- the lollies include a strawberry or lemon one. And the ice creams include a Maxibon or a little tub of ice cream. You can order burgers,chips,hot dogs or toasties up until 11pm. The San Miguel is self serve. As is the soft drinks. There’s three cocktails included in all inclusive - sex on the beach(depending on who makes it depends on how strong it is) pina colada and a San Francisco ( non alcoholic). 3. Rooms- we were room 105. On the first floor. So we didn’t need to use the lift. Although the lifts seemed very very busy. Our room was absolutely spotless and we were offered cleaning and fresh towels every single day. We didn’t need it every day so we put a little sign on our door. The cleaners literally work so hard. They brush and mop floors. Fix the beds up. Empty the bins and leave fresh towels. 4. Pools - there is 4 pools. All spotless. One large pool. A pool with two slides. Another medium pool and a little baby pool with a slide. There’s also ping pong and a little Climbing frame. The pool area is absolutely spotless. No rubbish or dirt. Lifeguard is there 10-7. 5. Entertainment. Entertainment is in Spanish. No English at all apart from a few songs at the end. And it’s mostly older Spanish people at it. We didn’t use the entertainment because we just do our own things on holiday. But the people that did seemed to be having a ball. 6. Staff - the staff are fantastic. So helpful and polite and really made us feel welcome. Reception- the young man dark hair and the lady blonde hair and glasses were fantastic. Restaurant - again staff where amazing. Can’t remembered the older gentleman’s name but I think he’s the manager of the restaurant was lovely. Greeted us every morning afternoon and evening with a smile. Bernard as well was fantastic - high fiving our boys and greeting us with a smile every time. Reme as well served us drinks and cleaned our table the majority of the time - she was lovely too. So polite and so kind. There was also a girl who cleaned our room and also served us drinks in the restaurant with dark hair. She was lovely too. Fermin at the bar was great too. So polite and helpful. All these little things matter and make us want to come back again. 7. Food - food is good. There’s a lot of reviews saying the food is disgusting but personally we didn’t think so. Don’t get me wrong there was things we wouldn’t eat. But we still always found something to eat. The chef cooks certain things in front of you - pork, kebabs, burgers , sausages, steak, pancakes etc etc. The food is quite repetitive but again we just ate different things and tried different things. 8. We as a family of four bought a T10 bus card. You can add journeys and use it for the whole family. It’s €15.50 for the card and 10 journeys. You can get the card from the Bus Plana shop. 9. Locations - hotel is fantastic location. 10mins walk from the Font Luminosa. 10-15 mins on the bus to Portaventura. The bus stop to Portaventura is across the road from the hotel. Number 1 or 74 take you the. The bus stop coming back you would get off just outside The Red Lion bar. 10- Whats in the rooms - we had two double beds, locker, desk, fridge, tv and safe. On the balcony we had two chairs and a table. Hair dryer also in the bathroom. The rooms are certainly big enough for a family of four. Sorry I know this is very long to read but these are the types of reviews I like to read. Ones that give a lot of information on a place I’m looking at staying. Overall this hotel is fantastic and hopefully we will be back next year!

The hotel looks amazing, very clean and modern; you won’t be disappointed. Our room and balcony had 2 large beds and a sofa type bed. It smelt Beautiful on entering. The balcony overlooks the pools. The dining room gets tremendously busy so pick your times carefully. There’s plenty of range of food for you to choose from. The staff work very hard. Only problem we found was my partner is vegetarian and some foods weren’t labelled as containing meat (tomato based soups) etc. Otherwise excellent hotel. Entertainment is Spanish but was still entertaining - the Spanish love to dance. Just a tip - if you want drinks in your room get bottles or bring a travel kettle. Otherwise excellent - really pleased.

Stayed here for 4 nights, rooms are very clean and up to date and modern, hair dryer, fridge, and safe all included. We stayed on the first floor which at night was a little noisy so if you want a quieter stay I would recommend a higher floor, room was cleaned every day, we stayed all inclusive and could have as much to eat and drink as you wanted and things like toastier, chips and burgers at the bar which was all included, all meals were buffet style but tended to be the same each night could have had maybe some themed nights. Only bad thing was that all he entertainment at night was in Spanish and Spanish repeated nothing for the English people to take part in. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
