Staff make this holiday amazing.
I have previously posted my review of this resort/ hotel and mentioned a lot of what the hotel has to offer. I would now like to mention the people/ staff who made this really special and if you're lucky enough to become friends with them you will understand the difference between a good holiday and a "I'm definately going back there" holiday. Bülent Menekşe :(Assistant General Manager). Should be General Manager for his knowledge of customer service and dedication to guest happiness. Cahit Limoncu :( Kusadasi Handbags) inside the hotel. Sells all the real leather and genuine handbags that you won't get in the town unless you look hard. A really great and genuinely lovely guy. Kursat : (Games Room) A super guy who will make sure the kids have a great and safe time whilst they use all the arcade games and pool table. Turgut: (Bar Manager) He was fantastic. Lovely man with a lovely personality who appreciates respect and shows it in return. These are people who really added to my family's holiday experience. Thank you each and every one of You! We didn't pay a lot for the holiday & we stayed 10 nights all inclusive, so we didn't expect much, how wrong we were. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we walked into the hotel & to reception (late at night) we were given a warm welcome. We were able to get some food as the snack bar was open 12 midnight to 6am & also able to get a drink as the bar is 24 hours. We had a standard room on the 10th floor, we had an amazing view of the pool & sea (the balconies are on the small side as are the bathrooms). There are plenty of pools to choose from to suit the family's needs, our 9 year old loved the water slides & these were open 10-12 & 2-5pm daily. We could not fault the food, there were several dishes available including vegetarian options, the puddings were amazing too. We only made it down to breakfast twice but felt this was a bit busy, again a lot of choice including freshly squeezed orange & freshly made omelette. The hotel design & decor is lovely & kept very clean. A lot of Turkish people holiday here, this is a good sign I feel. We got private hire from the airport & this took 45-50 mins. Kusadasi town centre is a short taxi or dolmus (local bus) ride away, around 15-20 mins.If you like shopping this is the place to be for bargains.English money seems to be the best way to pay in most places. But they take Turkish lira, GBP or euro. We booked a couple of excursions through a company called 'Starlight' in Kusadasi, highly recommend these, we did Pamukkale, a lovely but long day & we did a boat trip for the day around 3 bays. Keenan on reception was very good with us. We used the spa & gym facilities & found these to be good, having a Turkish bath is a must to get your skin ready for tanning. We negotiated a package for my husband & I with the spa to suit our needs. We can't wait to return & we got the chance to look at the 2 bedroom apartments next to the hotel, so we will be booking to stay in one of those when we return.More
Went 5th oct for 2 weeks and had an amazing time, hotel spotless, food good. Our downfall was it was far out from town but it was just a busride away. If you stay on the resort then it would be perfect. Ephesus ruins is also just a busride in the opposits direction. Lovely holiday lovely people lovely place. Thank you palm wings. To all the negative moaners there is no pleasing some people.More
Great hotel facilities and value for money
We really enjoyed our week long trip to the Palm Wings. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the side of the main hotel. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The grounds are well kept and there's plenty of space, with access onto a beach. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others. The hotel has some very good positives, and although there are a few aspects that could be improved upon, we found it great value for money and would consider a return visit.More

Good hotel - just don’t expect 5 star luxury
I am sat currently in the lobby waiting to come home. First of all don’t expect five star and don’t expect luxury. The price we paid was good value for money though The hotel is clean , we stayed in a main building room with bunk beds . The room was large , the bathroom was quite small but you don’t really need a big bathroom anyway . The pool areas were all great, although the main pool tiles are like walking on ice so be careful. My kids loved the water slides and Ahmed the lifeguard was amazing with them . The food was ok, but I’m a fussy eater and there was always something i could find to eat. My kids loved the mini disco but some of the entertainment in the evening was very very average. A good hotel for a family holiday - just don’t pin your hopes on it being five star As regards to the sickness that a few people have referenced - there was one person that we spoke to that has been poorly and that’s it.More
