A 15-minute drive takes you to island capital of Argostoli. Head down to the Lithostroto shopping street for boutique stores and cool cafés, or mingle with the locals at the bustling Plateia Valianou square. Be sure to check off some cultural stops too, such as the Lighthouse of Saint Theodoroi and the Museum of Ancient Greek Technology.
