There are lots of ways to spy the wildlife of Andalusia. Boats head out into the Atlantic Ocean, searching for glimpses of dolphins and whales. The aquarium in Roquetas de Mar, meanwhile, is the biggest in the south of Spain. Then there’s Doñana National Park — a refuge for wild lynx and eagles.
