You can fly direct from Dublin to Ibiza for holidays to Santa Eulalia. Clean sandy beaches are joined here by top-class restaurants. There are hip markets and boutique shops, with Ibiza Town just down the coast.
Santa Eulalia is Ibiza's third-largest town and an upscale, yet thoroughly charming resort. It’s a hub for foodies on the island, with its own restaurant row and relaxed café culture. You can eat down by the smart new marina and admire the yachts, or browse boutiques and art galleries. The resort has two Blue Flag beaches, and you can zip around on little ferries as if they were buses.
The promenade runs the whole 300-metre length of Santa Eulalia’s main beach. It's adorned with trees, flowers and a large fountain. The curving beach has Blue Flag status, is wheelchair accessible and is backed with bars and eateries. If you walk to the far end of the promenade you'll reach the river and Mariner’s Beach.
Santa Eulalia retains its authentic old-world charm, and you’ll always find a welcome in the bars and cafés around the town centre. Stroll here in the evenings, browse the shops and pause for a drink and maybe some tapas. You’ll soon be feeling at home, and comfortable enough to try out your Spanish on the locals. Between the marina and the river you'll find the lovely 16th-century Puig de Missa church. This is dedicated to the town's patron Saint Eulalia. It sits on the site of a chapel originally built in 1302.
