Why can't I choose certain seats on the seat map?
For TUI Airways, Freebird, Albastar, Aegean, Corendon, Smartlynx and Titan airlines:
There are a few reasons why you are unable to book certain seats.
To help us to avoid splitting groups of passengers travelling together up, when choosing your seats, you won't be able to book a window and aisle seat that leaves a single middle seat empty, or book a middle seat and an aisle seat leaving the window seat empty.
If you're travelling with a little one under 2, only certain seats are available to you because of where the double oxygen masks are located.
We also hold some seats on each flight for customers with medical conditions or disabilities.
You will also not able able to select an Extra Space Seat if you are in one of the following categories:
Under the age of 12
Deaf or blind
Travelling with a child on your lap
Mobility impaired – including temporary injuries, like broken bones
Unable to understand cabin crew commands
Using a seat belt extension
Flying with an assistance animal
