Best time to go to Las Vegas
Temperatures reach their peak during June, July and August in Las Vegas, when the mercury can reach as high as 40°C. It’s much cooler during the months on either side, when the thermometer usually sits around the mid-twenties. December and January see the coolest weather, with temperatures hanging around the 15°C mark. Thanks to its position in the desert, you’re unlikely to see any rain on holidays to Las Vegas, but temperatures tend to take a dip after dark so it’s well worth packing a jumper or a jacket for evenings out.
