Last minute holidays to Malia

A round-the-clock party scene, lots of shopping and 6 sandy beaches

Pick a last-minute holiday to Malia and in no time you can be sunning yourself on the beach, revving up a jet-ski and partying in world-famous clubs...

Bar-hop along the strip

Malia is the party town of Crete, so you can expect more than your fair share of pool parties, booze cruises, themed pubs and club nights. The main strip stretches its wings just behind the gold-sand beach, where the partying continues after the clubs close.

Tee off at Crete Golf Club

The premier 18-hole golf course in Crete is a 15-minute drive away from Malia.

Pine-cloaked hills and the Mediterranean Sea provide the backdrop, plus there’s an academy for newbies.

Get your history fix in Heraklion

The island capital of Heraklion is less than an hour’s drive away from Malia. Venetian fortresses and Turkish mosques hint at the potted history of the city. Make sure to nip out of town to see the Palace of Knossos, too — the labyrinth here was the home of the mythical Minotaur.
